So essentially what this page is for is to figure out what is a good fit for you. I will break down exactly what is included in my different programs, what the pricing is, and what you will receive with each one.

This way, even if you don't grab any of my products today, you will know what you want when you make that decision to transform your body and mind.

Self-Paced Programs

Fit for 5 Program

This program is a course that you could go through in about 30 minutes. It gives you the resources you need to get started at the gym, eating healthy in the kitchen, and also it gives you the tools you need to center your motivation.

I made it only $5 even though it should be closer to $30 or $40.

  1. Commitment Level: 2
  2. Length of commitment: Your Own Pace (you can go through this course as many times as you want)
  3. Cost: $5
  4. Your current needs/goals: Super new to weight-lifting, not much understanding about healthy eating, and need to learn the basics. This is 'health 101.'

Queen Lifestyle Program

This program is filled with the best information to help you succeed at your own pace. You receive a goal specific meal plan, a home and gym workout program that goes well with any schedule to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I have seen many of my enrollees lose 20+ pounds over six weeks through this program!

There's even more included that I didn't mention in this program.

  1. Commitment Level: 6
  2. Length of commitment: Your Own Pace (you can go through this course as many times as you want) - most enrollees go through it in about 6 weeks.
  3. Cost: Special $1 7 Day Trial - then $63
  4. Your current needs/goals: Looking to find a program that you can go at your own pace but you are given the resources to succeed including a meal plan and workout program, as well as a community that helps you stay accountable.

Coaching & Custom Programs

VIP Express Program

This program is kind of the closest thing to a-la-carte program.

You can choose to get a custom meal plan, custom workout program or a custom meal plan + workout program. You'll get a program created specifically for you and your body, activity level, dietary needs, dietary preferenceseverything.

This is a great choice if you don't really need a coach, but are looking for a bomb-ass program that you can crush it on your own at the gym.

You'll have to fill out a pretty extensive form so I can create the perfect program for you.

Here's a list of what many people who purchase this program usually request:

  • General weight loss diets

I create meal plans that are as delicious as they are easy to follow, and workout programs that will kick your ass.

  2. Length of commitment: Good for 8-12 weeks or more
  3. Cost: $100-$250 depending on program
  4. Your current needs/goals: If you need a program that is custom to your own specific dietary needs or restrictions, or you need a program that is going to help you toward your goals without the need for a check-in with a coach, this is for you.

VIP Transformation Program

If you know anything about me (or my programs), you know that my VIP Program is not only difficult to get into, but I see a 93% success rate with my clients.

Why is that?

Because my plans are custom, I work to set my clients up to succeed, and I am not easy on anyone I accept to this program.

You are required to check-in each week. There's a ton of accountability, an amazing community of women who are supportive around you. 

You'll get a program created specifically for you and your body, activity level, dietary needs, dietary preferences as well.

You get everything in my VIP Express program, in the addition to a bad-ass coach who will stop at nothing to see you reach your goals and create the mindset of one who doesn't give up.

This is by far my most challenging program. By far.

  2. Length of commitment: 12-36 weeks or more
  3. Cost: $179 per month (3 month minimum commitment)
  4. Your current needs/goals: If you need a program that is custom to your own specific dietary needs or restrictions, or you need a program that is going to help you toward your goals and you need a coach. This one is for you.
