Come together to join our 4-week challenge. As a community, we will focus on nutrition, fitness, and a work-hard mentality.
This is a 4-week program committed to putting in the work now to reap the benefits moving into the new year.
During this 4 week challenge, you will be provided 5 workouts a week, customized to either gym or at home, with added bonuses of virtual/in-person boot camps with the Strong 30 community. You will be provided a custom macro guide with the option to upgrade to a custom meal plan. Each week the coaches will host an accountability call to motivate the group and answer any questions.
All communication and programs will be provided through our custom training app.
