2-week: GET IT TOGETHER

14 days of creating simple habits, daily movement, water, steps, routine. Creating a solid structure to get your routine together.

• Ease into nutrition with protein goals and tracking calories consumed. 
• Weekly group check-ins to go over wins & challenges. 
• Coach access via direct message for any questions or concerns. 
• The focus is to set the foundation of a healthy lifestyle with good habits to move into phase 2 of the program (starting in 2026)

Lock in early enrollment for Phase 1 of Winter Arc and spend 2 weeks getting coached into the lifestyle before the full program even starts. You’ll get simple, structured workouts to ease you back into training, plus clear nutrition guidance (protein targets, sample meal ideas, and daily basics) so you’re already eating and moving like the woman you’re trying to become. This is your warm-up block—habits, workouts, and food dialed in—so when the main challenge drops, you’re not scrambling to keep up… you’re already in it.

After your 2 week program we begin phase 2...

4-week: Locked in. 

4 weeks of intense training, structure, and discipline. Putting in the work to see real results.
